Art. 3.- To provide that any investment made in Galapagos by a natural person or a legal entity; must be made in association with a permanent resident qualified, partnerships formed to make investments in the province of Galapagos must respect the investment percentage of 51% for the permanent resident and 49% for the extra-regional investor.
